• methods of disrupting skeletal structure (koppojutsu)
• grappling methods (jutaijutsu)
• sword methods (kenpo)
• stick methods (hanbo, jo, and bojutsu)
• Japanese glaive methods (naginatajutsu)
• spear methods (sojutsu)
• thrown weapon methods (shurikenjutsu)
Budo is not a sport, but a means for developing your mind and body in preparation for facing any of life's challenges. Training is conducted in an environment that encourages the personal growth of all who participate.
